Privacy policy
Online Casino Argentina collects very little data: anonymous browsing statistics, clicks on affiliate links and what you send us by email. We do not ask for your DNI, handle money or sell data. What we keep, for how long, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights under Ley 25.326.

We do not ask for or store your DNI (national identity document), bank details, Mercado Pago details or information about your bets. That stays between you and the licensed operator you sign up with, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use web analytics to count visits and clicks [VERIFICAR exact providers: Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics]. Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser without the site ceasing to work. We do not use our own advertising cookies or show third-party advertising. Links to operators carry an affiliate identifier that the operator records in its own system; what the operator does with that data is governed by its policy.
Google Analytics
- Only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you tap "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you reject or do not choose, Google's script is not loaded and no measurement cookie is set.
- What is collected. Pages viewed, referring page, device and browser, approximate country and city, and clicks on the buttons that lead to an operator (which operator, where the button was, the province chosen in the filter, the page and the language). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not send your name, your email or any other data that identifies you, and Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
- Cookies.

- Google as processor. Google processes this data on our behalf, as a data processor, under its data processing terms, and may process it on servers outside Argentina.
- How to withdraw consent. Tap "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page and choose "Reject": we stop measuring immediately and delete the Google Analytics cookies the site can reach. You can also delete them in your browser.
Who we share data with
- Analytics and hosting providers [VERIFICAR list], which process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.
- Operators' affiliate programmes, which receive the affiliate identifier with each click. They receive no personal data about you because we do not have it.
- Authorities, if a law or a court order requires it.
We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing purposes. Some providers are outside Argentina [VERIFICAR]; in that case the transfer is made with the safeguards required by Ley 25.326 and the rules of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Argentina's data protection authority).
How long we keep it
Browsing statistics and click logs are kept in aggregated or anonymised form [VERIFICAR periods]. Emails you send us are kept for as long as the enquiry lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with complaints [VERIFICAR period].
Your rights
Ley 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data (Ley de Protección de los Datos Personales) gives you the right to access, rectify, update or delete your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to the email on the contact page from the address you want to ask about. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body for Ley 25.326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed in relation to breaches of the personal data protection rules [VERIFICAR wording required by the authority].
Minors
The site is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you notice that a minor has written to us, let us know and we will delete the message.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above and log the change in the page history. The terms of use and the methodology complete the information on how the site works.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to register to use the site?
No. The site has no user accounts and asks for no data to read it. Registration, your DNI and your bank details are requested and given on the licensed operator's site, which has its own privacy policy and its own data controller.
What data do casinos receive when I click a link?
