Is a casino licensed in the Ciudad de Buenos Aires legal in the rest of the country?
No. A LOTBA licence covers residents of the Ciudad de Buenos Aires. To play from the Provincia de Buenos Aires, Córdoba or any other jurisdiction, the operator needs that province's licence. The large operators usually hold several; each review lists the provinces where the licence is valid.
How do I know whether an online casino is licensed in my province?
Look up the operator on the official register of your province's regulator and check that the domain ends in .bet.ar. Each province page links the regulator once we confirm its official URL, and each review says whether and when we verified the licence.
