Licence and regulation: a Curaçao licence that does not count in Argentina

Izzi's footer, identical across every section, says the site is operated by Carrer N.V., registered under number 150421 in Willemstad, Curaçao, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/570/0396, issued on 4 June 2025. Payment processing is handled by LARTIM LIMITED, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus, which the text presents as a subsidiary of Carrer N.V. The licence existing does not change your situation. In Argentina online gambling is authorised province by province, and a foreign licence has no effect in any of them:

LOTBA is the Buenos Aires City lottery regulator and IPLyC the Buenos Aires Province lottery and casino regulator. What it means for a casino to be without a provincial licence:

What is not published: how many times the bonus has to be wagered before you can withdraw [VERIFICAR rollover del bono de bienvenida], how many days it lasts [VERIFICAR vigencia] and how the 500 spins are split across the four deposits [VERIFICAR reparto de giros por depósito]. What the general terms do say:

Playing in dollars from Argentina means every deposit goes through a currency conversion, with its cost, and your bank or card may reject payments to an operator without a local licence. The site has a Spanish version and lists Spanish among its languages. The support email it publishes is support-en@izzi.casino, an English-language mailbox. Verdict in three lines

Izzi Casino has no provincial licence in Argentina. We review it because the brand shows up in Argentine searches, but we do not recommend it: we recommend that readers in Argentina play at a casino licensed by their own province.

What the facts table does not tell you

Three things that emerge from reading the whole site and do not fit in a facts table:

• Two names for the same operator. The legal footer names Carrer N.V., but a Spanish information text on the same site says Izzi was "launched by Games Entertainment Limited in 2021". • Two different welcome offers. The homepage banner and the bonus page do not show the same promotion. We set this out in the bonus section.
• Key conditions not published. Wagering and expiry for the welcome offer appear neither on the bonus page nor in the general terms. An offer without those two figures cannot be assessed.

Izzi is also not alone in search results: there are sites with similar names that are not the official one. The domain named in its own legal footer is izzicasino.com.

Sign-up and identity verification

We did not open an account with Izzi. What we saw is the sign-up panel, which proposes the dollar as currency when Argentina is selected as the country. We did not submit the form.

A provincially licensed operator asks for your DNI (the Argentine national identity document), address and date of birth, and checks that you live in a province where it is authorised before letting you play or withdraw. At Izzi we do not know which documents it asks for or when.
