Live casino in Argentina 2026: roulette and blackjack with real dealers, minimums in pesos and where to play with a licence

A live casino streams real roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show tables from a studio, with dealers and bets in pesos. We explain how it works, which tables are worth playing, the minimums, how it differs from virtual tables and which provincially licensed operators offer it.

The short answer

The live casino is the section of an online casino where you play at real tables streamed on video from a studio, with a dealer, a physical ball and cards, and you bet from your phone with a peso balance. In Argentina it is offered by every provincially licensed operator we review, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows, mostly through international studios. [VERIFICAR provider per casino] Unlike virtual tables, there is no demo mode, the minimum bet is higher and the pace is slower. As of 22 September 2026 we are measuring the minimums in pesos and the times of Spanish-language tables at each operator; the "Where to play" block below shows the top three live casinos in our ranking.

What tables a live casino has

| Game | How it works live | House edge | Who it suits | |---|---|---|---| | Live roulette | Physical wheel and dealer; you bet on screen | 2.7% (European), 5.26% (American) | The most popular table; always look for European | | Live blackjack | Physical cards, up to 7 seats per table or versions with unlimited players | Around 0.5% with basic strategy and good rules | Players looking for value | | Live baccarat | You bet on player, banker or tie | 1.06% on banker, 1.24% on player, over 14% on tie | Anyone who wants simple rules | | Casino poker (Casino Hold'em, Three Card) | You play against the house, not other players | 2% to 4% depending on the variant | Players who know poker | | Game shows (wheels, dice, Monopoly and similar) | Presenter, giant wheel or dice, multipliers | 3% to 5% or more | Entertainment; not for value play | | Fast or "lightning" roulette | Roulette with random multipliers and reduced straight-up payouts | Higher than classic roulette | Players chasing big wins who accept a lower return |

The general rule: the more "show" a table has, the higher the house edge. If you play for value, stick to European roulette, blackjack with good rules or baccarat on the banker.

How to play live, step by step

  1. Sign up with a casino licensed in your province and verify your DNI (Argentine national identity document): the live section does not open without verification.
  2. Deposit in pesos with Mercado Pago, transfer or debit card.
  3. Go to the "Live" section and choose a table by game, dealer language and minimum.
  4. Bet on screen within the betting window (about 15 to 30 seconds at roulette).
  5. The dealer plays (spins the ball, deals) and the result is credited automatically.
  6. Chat and tips are optional; messages are moderated.

Live casino versus virtual tables

| Aspect | Live casino | Virtual table | |---|---|---| | Result | Physical (ball, cards) | Certified random number generator | | Pace | Roughly one spin or hand per minute | Seconds | | Minimum bet | Higher [VERIFICAR per casino] | From ARS 100 to ARS 500 [VERIFICAR] | | Demo mode | No | Yes | | Hours | Some tables 24 hours, others at set times (the language ones) | Always | | Data usage | High (streaming video) | Low | | Feel | Physical casino | Video game |

The slower pace of live play is good for your wallet: fewer rounds per hour means less exposure to the house edge for the same playing time.

Minimum and maximum bets in pesos

Minimums depend on the operator, the table provider and the type of table. What we will publish in each licensed operator's review:

| Table | Typical minimum in the licensed market | Typical maximum | |---|---|---| | Standard live roulette | [VERIFICAR per casino] | [VERIFICAR] | | Seated live blackjack | [VERIFICAR per casino] | [VERIFICAR] | | Unlimited-seat blackjack | [VERIFICAR per casino] | [VERIFICAR] | | Live baccarat | [VERIFICAR per casino] | [VERIFICAR] | | Game shows | [VERIFICAR per casino] | [VERIFICAR] |

Until we have the measurements, we do not publish figures: minimums in pesos move with inflation, and an undated figure is useless.

How to choose a table

  1. Dealer language: if you want Spanish, look for "en español" or "latino" tables; they usually run at set times. [VERIFICAR per casino]
  2. Rules: at blackjack, it should pay 3 to 2 and the dealer should stand on soft 17; at roulette, European or French, never American. The blackjack and online roulette guides explain each rule.
  3. Minimum: the minimum bet should be no more than 2% of the session budget you set.
  4. Video quality: most studios let you lower the quality if your 4G connection is not enough; test it before betting.
  5. Side bets: avoid them if you play for value; their house edge is almost always above 3%.

Bonuses and live casino

Most welcome bonuses in the licensed market exclude the live casino from wagering or give it a contribution of 0% to 10%. If you plan to play live, a casino bonus can be more of a hindrance than a help: you cannot withdraw until you complete the wagering, and live play barely moves it. The welcome bonuses guide explains how to read that clause.

Where to play live casino with a licence in Argentina

Every provincially licensed operator we review offers a live casino. The block below shows the top three in our ranking; availability depends on your province:

Sites without a provincial licence offer tables from the same studios; the difference is not the table but that, if something goes wrong, there is no Argentine regulator to complain to. The legal guide explains why that matters.

Common problems at the live casino

| Problem | Cause | What to do | |---|---|---| | The video cuts out | Slow or unstable connection | Lower the video quality; if it cut out after you placed a bet, the bet still stands and the result is credited | | The Spanish table does not appear | Outside its hours | Check the hours on the table's info page [VERIFICAR per casino] | | My bet is rejected | Outside the betting window or above the maximum | Wait for the next round | | I cannot get into the live section | Identity verification pending | Complete your DNI and address check | | Winnings differ from what I expected | Table rules (for example, multiplier roulette pays less on straight-up bets) | Read the table's payout table before betting |

Frequently asked questions

What is a live casino?

Real roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game show tables streamed on video from a studio, with flesh-and-blood dealers, where you bet from your phone or computer with a peso balance. The result is decided by the physical ball or cards, not by a random number generator.

Is the live casino trustworthy?

At provincially licensed operators, yes: the studios belong to audited international providers, the tables are recorded and the regulator can request the recordings if there is a complaint. What you need to check is the casino's licence in your province, not the studio. A site without a provincial licence can use the same provider and give you no protection at all.

What is the minimum bet at a live casino?

Higher than at virtual tables. It depends on the operator and the table; in the licensed market, live roulette tables usually start at a few hundred pesos per spin and live blackjack at more. [VERIFICAR minimums in pesos per casino] We publish the measured minimums in each review.

Can I play live casino for free?

No. Live tables have no demo mode: you have to sign up, verify your DNI and deposit. To practise for free, use the virtual roulette and blackjack tables, which do have a demo; the guide to free casino games explains how.

Are there Spanish-speaking dealers at the live casino?

Several provincially licensed operators offer tables with Spanish-speaking dealers, mainly for roulette and blackjack, at set times. [VERIFICAR per casino] In each review we state whether we found them and at what times. English-speaking tables are also common at the international studios.

Which live games can I play for real money?

Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker and game shows such as money wheels, all with stakes and winnings in pesos, at any operator licensed in your province. Operators without a provincial licence are not authorised, even if they offer the same tables.
