A casino licensed in Buenos Aires is not authorised in Mendoza

For someone in Mendoza, Betano or Betsson are operators licensed in another jurisdiction, by LOTBA (the Buenos Aires City lottery regulator) and the IPLyC (the Provincia de Buenos Aires lottery and casino institute). They are authorised in Mendoza only if they also hold an IPJyC licence and you register on the Mendoza domain.
