Licence and regulation: Posido publishes no licence from any regulator

What this means for you in practice:

• There is no provincial regulator to complain to. If a withdrawal stalls or your account is closed, neither LOTBA nor IPLyC nor any other Argentine body can step in. With a casino that publishes no licence, there is no identified foreign regulator either.
• Provincial responsible gambling tools do not reach it. The provincial self-exclusion registers and helplines that a licensed operator has to respect and display do not apply to Posido.

Let us do the wagering maths. If you deposit €100 and get a €100 bonus, the 35-times requirement is calculated on the €200: you have to wager €7,000 within 10 days before you can withdraw what you won with the bonus. Posido states 0% fees on every listed method. Withdrawal times are not stated.
